Description
Come along to a fun and informative workshop which will help you start, continue, or finish writing your life story, memoir or a biography. The workshop welcomes both novices and seasoned writers.
The workshop is 2 hours in person, with unlimited hours of 3 different take-home instructional videos and writing resources for you to continue the writing.
We will work using writing prompt cards which have been designed by biographer and board member of the Life Stories Australia Association, Felicity Lenehan, after over 35 years’ experience as a journalist, author and writing mentor. The cards make the process easy and enjoyable, and are accompanied by three different self-paced videos to continue your learning and help your writing journey continue at home long after our workshop.
Felicity will cover different writing techniques and methods to help get your story started and completed, along with examples, in a clear, logical workshop focusing on simple methods. She will share short-cut and insider tips and tricks learnt across many years of writing.
You can write your own story or come along with a friend or loved one and make it a collaborative project.
Let’s get writing those all-important life stories!
